个人简介

郭歆莹,女,江西遂川人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2017年毕业于郑州大学信息工程学院信息与通信工程专业,获工学博士学位。读博期间受国家留学基金委资助在英国南安普顿大学进行为期两年的博士生联合培养。长期从事通信信号处理、无线通信相关技术研究。

发表SCI/EI科研论文20篇左右,近五年主持国家级项目1项,省部级项目2项,厅级项目3项。获得国家发明专利1项,获教育厅科技成果一等奖1项,2020年获“河南工业大学青年骨干教师”称号。主讲课程《数字信号处理》获批河南省线上线下混合式一流本科课程。
